I know things happen for a reason, hehe even I didn't get the chance to meet and see Sarah Jessica Parker in person when she visited our country "Philippines" for the opening of The SM Store at SM Aura Premier but you know things happen for a reason (haha paulet-ulet?). After a few days of SJP news and all the buzz; another influential person in the global fashion industry came here in the Philippines, she is the creative director of Marie Claire magazine, author, style icon and Project runway judge "gaaaah! I always watch project runway every week" and a style icon.. none other than the Nina Garcia!!

I'm very thankful to JAG for giving me VIP invitation/pass for this fantastic fashion show. A lot of stylish people came, all dressed up just to see Nina Garcia and JAG latest collection.

with Andre Chang "the walang kakabog at walang pwedeng kumabog sa mga outfits niya". Dapat pala sa JAG ko na lang sinuot yung PANDA outfit ko! hahahaha.

My seatmate at the show..It's the celebrity mom Maricel Laxa!!. She is so nice and approachable. Before the show started we talked a lot about fashion! and she even asked me the question "what do you think are latest trends this holiday 2013" hahah syempre todo sagot naman ako sa question niya and we also talked about my hobbies especially "fashion blogging".

Hey Maricel! you looked chic and sophisticated last night in that Rajo Laurel dress!.

Michael Cinco's theatrical and Russian inspired opulence at Philippine fashion week

What a great way to end the first day of Philippine fashion Week 2013, the Michael Cinco closed the day 1 of Philippine fashion week with elegance and grandeur "truly world class". Seeing all these people lined up at the entrance of Cinco's show makes me more excited to see his sublime and phenomenal collection "I know it's awesome because I've already seen this collection at Dubai fashion forward (sa internet lang baka isipin niyo nagpunta pa ako ng Dubai! hahahah "he already presented this in Dubai together with other Filipino fashion designers".

Thank God, I didn't have to fall in line because it was soooooo damn looong! like 8:00 pa lang parang pila na ng MRT eh ang start ng show 9:30 pa, so I'm very thankful that I was one of the VIP guests in this show.

As I entered the venue, I almost died because all the people were staring at me. I don't know if they're amazed, mad or just can't take off their eyes away with what I'm wearing fyi Panda and Chanel fall 2010 is my inspiration in this outfit. Will post an outfit post soon!.

Buckle up

I know my life is going to be bumpy so I always buckle up.

So Philippine fashion week "Day 1" starts now and I'm excited to witness Michael Cinco's phenomenal and world class designs later 9:30 p.m at SMX Convention Center also I'm excited to see my friends there in their most stylish outfits. I know you guys are excited too see what will I wear for tonight's show, me too I'm quite excited to wear it! hahaha basta I know it will be puuuuuuuurtastic! hahahah.

For today's outfit post I'm feeling kinda smart corporate "ish" by mixing corporate pieces together with casual pieces. I think shorts can be considered smart looking and you can still look professional in shorts just be sure its not board shorts, bulky cargos and short shorts and also you should consider the fit of your shorts, it should be well fitted/tailored so that you can look slick, well groomed and smart. .

I was excited to visit their store in Market Market because I'm a big fan of this brand. I always use my hawk bags when I'm travelling, hiking, camping and going to school (nung elementary and high school pa ako, gamit ko yung bag ko from Hawk kasi madaming malalagay, haha kasi naman nung elementary ako lahat ng libro at notebook "12 notebooks" pinapadala sa amin, bwiset! hahahha,).

Cooler than me

Don't you just love spending your time listening to your favorite music artists? or just watch different types of movies ALONE. Guess I'll be doing these things a lot this week and next week (decided to limit myself on attending parties and events) and also I'm not feeling well, my left cheek is swollen because of an incoming wisdom tooth, "f***! it really hurts a lot! swear! I can't even eat properly and can't look into the mirror because my face is horrible!!. huhuhu vain people problems.

So the whole day I just listened to Mike Posner's 31 minutes to take off album, especially the song cooler than me and also Lana Del Rey's Paradise album. I also think a lot of things *ehem* personal stuff and got a haircut because my friend Phya told me that I don't look pogi anymore with this bieber ish hairstyle. I know you want to see the before and after picture hahah so you better finish this post.. :)

Here's what I wore at the Bonifacio High Street "Style Origin" fashion show. This is my day to night look haha coz; before the fashion show, I attended a fashion photography workshop. It started around 2 p.m and ended 6 p.m then I immediately headed to the fort for the show.
